Send project questions, proposals and suggestions to info@turinspector.ru.
Technical support
If sign-in, a page, an upload or the app does not work, email support@turinspector.ru. Include the page URL, device, what you did and the result. If needed, attach a screenshot of the error without passwords or private conversations.
Questions about places and trips
Confirm prices, availability, opening hours, bookings and visiting terms directly with the owner. Their public contacts and message button are on the place page. The portal team does not book accommodation on the owner’s behalf. Built-in messaging is currently available only to internal testers; an account alone does not grant access.
