How it works

From choosing a place to contacting its owner: steps for travellers and those listing their property.

1. Find a suitable place

Open the map if location matters most, or the catalog to compare places of a particular type. Select a category and region in the catalog. The list updates while the filters remain available.

Reset the filters to see all options again. If no places match, try another region or type. An empty result means there are no published places meeting the selected conditions.

2. Explore the place page

Read the description and address, view photos and videos, and explore available sections: services, posts, reviews and contacts. The page contains only the materials actually published for that place.

Check the inspection status. Publishing a place on the portal does not by itself mean it has undergone an independent inspection. Owner information and inspection results are shown separately.

3. Confirm the terms of your visit

Use the published public contacts or TurInspector messages. Before travelling, confirm current prices, availability, opening hours, visiting terms and directions with the owner. Built-in messaging is currently available only to internal testers; an account alone does not grant access.

TurInspector is not a booking service. You agree on visits, payment and accommodation directly with the owner.

4. Save places and communicate

An account is needed for personal features: favorites, messages and actions involving user content. The public map and place pages can be viewed without registration. Built-in messaging is currently available only to internal testers; an account alone does not grant access.

New user registration is temporarily unavailable while the project is being developed and approved. Existing accounts continue to work. Follow the updates; send questions and suggestions to info@turinspector.ru.

5. List your place

If you already have owner access, open the add-place form. Choose a suitable type and enter the name, description, location and available contact information. Only add materials you have the rights to use.

A draft is saved first. Check the details and submit the place for moderation. If corrections are needed, address the feedback and resubmit. The public page appears after approval and publication.

Manage your places, photos and posts in your dashboard. Publication and processing have separate statuses: uploading a file does not mean publishing it.

6. Report a problem

If you find an error, specify the page, what happened and what you expected. Use the place’s contacts for questions about the place, and TurInspector support for questions about the portal.
